This site is all about our project to make Skyway Park, our “central park” in Skyway, WA, the best neighborhood park it can be.
Step 1: Making a plan
In 2008, Skyway residents made a plan for how to revitalize our 23-acre Skyway Park. It includes athletic fields, p-patch gardens, wetland restoration, shelters, off-leash dog parks and gateways.
To overhaul the whole park is a huge undertaking, but Friends of Skyway Park is committed to taking the first steps in the right direction. So, we are starting with one project…

As Pomegranate Center’s Dig Fund partners for 2009, we are starting the revitalization process with building artistic, community-crafted gateways into the park. Learn about the project and our plans on this site.
